Working with customers to capture requirements, including participation in workshops and documenting requirements using approved templates. Creating reports and process maps to document current and proposed working practices. Designing surveys and questionnaires to establish quantitative process information. Explaining business concepts to a technical audience and technical concepts to a business audience. Business Analyst must have skills: Assess and define workloads and specify appropriate resources to undertake activities. Organize, measure, and monitor performance.
